Background: On Tuesday 25th July 2017, the second annual Aberdeen Asset Management Leadership Forum: Gender Diversity in Business, Politics and Sport, will take place ahead of the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open.
The forum will explore the opportunities and challenges for women in business, politics, entertainment and sport. Speakers will be asked to draw on personal experiences and explore what needs to happen to drive further positive change.
Speakers will include Ruth Davidson, leader of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party; Petra Wetzel, Entrepreneur and chief executive of West Brewery; Lucy O’Carroll, Chief Economist at Aberdeen Asset Management; Elaine C Smith, Actress and Comedian; Sheila Begbie of Scottish Rugby; Beth Allen, professional golfer and Sir Clive Woodward; England rugby legend.
